Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with your tracking details. You can also log in to your MACENOS account to view the live status of your delivery.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 8am – 6pm).
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the item.
If delivery fails after two attempts, the item will be held at our nearest hub for 5 days before being returned.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon successful delivery and signature.

Pack & Return the Item

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@macenos.com with your order number and the photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
