By accessing or using the MACENOS website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and sellers who access or use our Platform. MACENOS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree to use the MACENOS Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
MACENOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found in violation of these conditions.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. MACENOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account on MACENOS.
MACENOS is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product listings, MACENOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listing.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability. MACENOS reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies, is misleading, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Product prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH¢) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
All payments on MACENOS are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
MACENOS accepts payment via debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), and bank transfer. Full payment is required before an order is confirmed and dispatched.
MACENOS is not responsible for any charges, fees, or exchange rates imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, item availability, and logistics conditions. MACENOS will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delivery delays.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
MACENOS currently delivers within Ghana. Delivery to other African countries may be available for select items. Delivery fees, where applicable, are clearly stated at checkout.
MACENOS offers a 5-Day Return Policy on eligible items from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. MACENOS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
All content on the MACENOS Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and product images, is the property of MACENOS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of MACENOS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MACENOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
MACENOS's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
MACENOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that MACENOS reasonably believes is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
